How to make a complaint?   E faapefea ona fai lau Faasea?  
  You address a letter to the Ombudsman:
  • stating complaint;
  • the organization complained about;
  • how the matter complained about
    affects  you;
  • enclosing relevant correspondence.

If you have a right to review by a Court or Tribunal of the merits of your complaint, you should resort to that avenue of redress rather than to the Ombudsman. If you have difficulty in writing the complaint, telephone or call at the Ombudsman’s office and ask for help.
